Developed and patented by Vasconi, Quick stamp has been invented to meet all the requirements of complex shaped broaching.
Standard tool carrier system that can fit all shapes and sizes due to detailed interchangeable and adjustable inserts.
The hard metal shapes are very economical products and replace the broaching tools cut in mass quantities. The tool carrier remains on the machine which avoids losing time with offsetting it: a simple change of insert and START.
Our inserts are delivered mirror polished whatever the shape.
Quickstamp can be resharpened and in some cases is reversible
